How this website and Horizone Travel Company handle your information. Last updated 9 October 2026.
The short version
This website has no forms that send anything to us, no accounts, and the only cookies are Google Analytics’ (see below). We only receive your name, number or messages if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, call us or email us. We use it to answer you and to plan and arrange your trip.
The trip planner
When you use the trip planner on the home page, what you type stays in your browser. Nothing is sent to or stored on this website. Pressing the button opens WhatsApp with your message ready, including a note that it came from this website. It is only sent to us if you choose to send it there.
What we receive when you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp, call us or email us, we receive:
- your name and phone number, or your email address;
- anything WhatsApp shows us about your account, such as your profile name;
- what you tell us about your trip, such as where and when you want to travel, how many of you are travelling and the services you need.
We use it only to answer your enquiry, to plan and arrange the trip or service you ask for, and to stay in touch with you about it. If you tell us you no longer want our help, we stop using your information for that purpose.
Services we use
These services handle information under their own privacy policies, and may store or process it outside India:
- WhatsApp (Meta), for messages you send us on WhatsApp;
- Google (Gmail), for emails you send us;
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and provides its visitor statistics;
- Google Analytics, for statistics on how this website is used.
This website
Hosting. Cloudflare delivers this website. Like any web host, it handles your device’s IP address and browser details to send you the pages and to protect the site from attack.
Visitor statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
Google Analytics. We also use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website, for example which pages they read and whether they tap Call or WhatsApp. It sets cookies that give your browser a random identifier, and it receives your device’s IP address, browser and approximate location. Google handles this under its own privacy policy and may process it outside India. We do not send Google your name, phone number or what you type in the trip planner. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out add-on.
Visitor count. The visitor count in the footer, shown once it reaches 500, is kept by this website. The first time you visit, your browser stores a small note that you have been counted, so a returning visit is not counted again. To avoid counting the same connection twice in a day, your IP address is turned into a scrambled code that is held only in the counter’s working memory and is never written to storage. The only thing stored is the total.
Opening animation. Your browser remembers when you last saw the opening animation, so it plays at most once a day.
Cookies. The only cookies are the Google Analytics ones described above. The visitor count and opening animation notes are kept in your browser’s own storage. You can remove all of them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Links to other websites
This website links to other services, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google reviews and Instagram. When you follow a link, that service’s own privacy policy applies.
Children
This website is not meant for children to use on their own. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.
Your rights
You can ask us, at any time:
- for a summary of the information we hold about you and what we do with it;
- to correct, complete or update it;
- to delete it, unless we must keep it to finish a trip you have booked or because the law requires it;
- to stop using it, which may mean we can no longer arrange your trip.
To ask, email horizonetravelcompany@gmail.com from the address you used with us, or tell us the phone number you contacted us from, so we can find your details.
Questions and complaints
Our grievance officer answers questions and complaints about how we handle your information. Write to horizonetravelcompany@gmail.com. We will reply within one month of receiving your request or complaint.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
